TC JL 37 is an inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2, Ki = 1. nM). It inhibits IL-12-induced phosphorylation of STAT4 in cells and IL-12- and IL-18-induced IFN-gamma production in isolated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs, EC50s = 224 and 168 nM, respectively). TC JL 37 (10-100 mg/kg) inhibits IL-12- and IL-18-induced increases in the serum levels of IFN-gamma in mice.. Solulibility: DMSO: Sparingly Soluble: 1-10 mg/ml: .
