SU 0268 is an inhibitor of 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (OGG1, IC50 = 0.059 µM). It is selective for OGG1 over the DNA repair enzymes MTH1, dUTPase, NUDT16, ABH2, ABH3, and SMUG1 at 20 µM.
