(R)-HTS-3

(R)-HTS-3 is an inhibitor of lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3 (LPCAT3, IC50 = 0.09 µM), an enzyme involved in the synthesis of C20:4-containing phospholipids. It reduces the incorporation of arachidonic acid-d8 (Cay-390010) into phospholipids when used at concentrations of 1, 3, and 10 µM.
