OncoFAP

OncoFAP is a fibroblast activation protein (FAP) ligand. It binds to human FAP (Kd = 0. nM) and contains a carboxylic acid moiety that can be functionalized with various payloads for FAP-targeted delivery. OncoFAP has been conjugated to a variety of fluorophores and radioligands, which selectively accumulate in FAP-positive tumors in mice.
