Description: NCT-502 (N-(4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-yl)-4-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]piperazine-1-carbothioamide) is a human phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase inhibitor, cytotoxic to PHGDH-dependent cancer cells.
