It demonstrates activity for Kit and PDGFR alpha/beta with IC(50) values of 200nM, 540nM and 800nM respectively. It shows weak inhibition of ABL and c-Fms. Target: c-Kit, PDGFR and FGFR3 , Kinase Group: RTK , Substrate: Tyrosine
