LY2874455 is a pan-inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) tyrosine kinases with IC50 values of 2.8, 2.6, 6.4, 6, and 7 nM for FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, FGFR4, and VEGFR2, respectively.
