JZP 361 is an inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL, IC50 = 46 nM). It is selective for MAGL over fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) and alpha/beta-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6, IC50s = 7,240 and 1,790 nM, respectively). JZP 361 also antagonizes histamine activity in isolated guinea pig ileum (pA2 = 6.81).
