An isoindolinone with diverse biological activities, inhibits alpha-glucosidase (IC50 = 5.3 µM), cytotoxic to A549 and HeLa cancer cells (IC50s = 49 and 40.5 µM, respectively), induces neurite outgrowth in Neuro2a cells at 25 µM, increases NGF production in C6 cells at 50 µM.
