Description: Flibanserin (Girosa) is a serotonergic antidepressant used to treat hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Flibanserin has been associated with a low rate of minor serum aminotransferase elevations during treatment but has not been linked to instances of clinically apparent acute liver injury.
