BI-1935 is an inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH, IC50 = 7 nM). It is selective for sEH over the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP2J2, CYP2C9, and CYP2C19 (IC50s = >1,000 nM for all).
