AGPS-IN-2i is an inhibitor of alkyldihydroxyacetonephosphate synthase (alkyl-DHAP synthase). It decreases levels of nine ether phospholipids in 231MFP breast cancer cells when used at a concentration of 500 µM. AGPS-IN-2i reduces migration of, and induces cytotoxicity in, 231MFP cells.
