AC-264613 is an agonist of proteinase-activated receptor 2 (PAR2). It induces calcium mobilization, phosphatidylinositol hydrolysis, and cell proliferation in NIH3T3 cells expressing PAR2 (EC50s = 100, 125.8, and 31.6 nM, respectively).
