EGFR (Exon19del) Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce most mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses result in the expression of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) (NM_005228.5), with an Exon19 deletion, driven by an EF1a promoter.
