Isolated Cells

For your research, Research Donors offers isolated T cells (CD3+/CD4+/CD8+), B cells (CD19+), natural killer cells (CD56+) and monocytes (CD14+). The cells are obtained by negative immuno-magnetic isolation from fresh leukopaks: in this process, beads coated with antibodies bind to all cells except the target cells and are then removed using a magnet, preventing any effect of the beads on your experiments. The isolated cells are particularly exciting for questions in immunology or cell metabolism.
