Thiopurine Methyltransferase (TPMT) BioAssayT ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of TPMT in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 1.56-100ng/m , Sensitivity: 0.61ng/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
