Hypoxia Inducible Factor 2 Alpha (HIF2a) BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit (Mouse) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of HIF2a in mouse tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.156-10ng/ml, Sensitivity: 0.053ng/ml, Storage and Stability: Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
