The Chemi-Verse(TM) PDGFRalpha (D842Y) Kinase Assay Kit is designed to measure PDGFRalpha (platelet-derived growth factor receptor A) (D842Y) tyrosine kinase activity for screening and profiling applications using ADP-Glo(TM) as a detection reagent. The assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with enough purified PDGFRalpha (D842Y) (amino acids 550-1089(end)), kinase substrate, ATP, and kinase assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions.
