Fresh human peripheral blood buffy coat from CPD blood - chilled overnight delivery

Product Description: Fresh human peripheral blood buffy coat produced from fresh whole blood collected in a bag containing CPD anticoagulant. The buffy coat is produced by centrifugation of 400 ml whole blood and removal of plasma and red blood cells by means of an automatic blood component separator. Total final volume is typically 30 ml. Blood comes from a healthy donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C and Syphilis. The buffy coat is stored and shipped under chilled conditions. The buffy coat is shipped overnight to arrive the day after collection. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only. They are not to be used for any form of human treatment, or for any purpose that is prohibited by law, including any use for human reproductive cloning.
