Anti-phospho-NR4A1 (Ser351) (Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 4 Group A Member 1, Orphan Nuclear Receptor

NR4A1 is a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. Expression is induced by phytohemagglutinin in human lymphocytes and by serum stimulation of arrested fibroblasts. The encoded protein acts as a nuclear transcription factor. Translocation of the protein from the nucleus to mitochondria induces apoptosis. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000 , Dot Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C.
