Anti-Osteopontin (Bone Sialoprotein 1, Nephropontin, Secreted Phosphoprotein 1, SPP-1, Urinary Stone

Osteopontin, also named early T lymphocyte activation protein 1, secreted phosphoprotein, and bone sialoprotein 1, is a secreted acidic phosphorylated glycoprotein originally isolated from bone matrix. It has been shown to bind to different cell types through interactions with various integrins and CD44 variants. It has important functions in bone metabolism and inflammatory processes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation: 620-650nm , Emission: 660-670nm, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. APC is light sensitive.
