Anti-Nicastrin

Anti-Nicastrin Antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. Cross reactivity with Nicastrin from other sources has not been determined. Protein function: Essential subunit of the gamma-secretase complex, an endoprotease complex that catalyzes the intramembrane cleavage of integral membrane proteins such as Notch receptors and APP (beta- amyloid precursor protein).
