CCL20, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein 3 alpha (MIP-3a), is a b-chemokine that is strongly up-regulated by inflammatory signals and down-regulated by the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10. CCL20 binds to CCR6 to promote chemotaxis of lymphocytes and inhibit the proliferation of myeloid progenitors. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Neutralization and FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Myeloma with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
