Anti-Leukotriene A4 (LTA4) Hydrolase

Leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4 hydrolase) has been cloned from a variety of species including human, rat, and guinea pig. These species exhibit ~90% homology at the amino acid level. Human LTA4 hydrolase has a calculated molecular mass of 69kD based on the deduced amino acid sequence. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
