Anti-GMNN, ID (Y111) (GMNN, Geminin) (Azide free) (APC)

GMNN inhibits DNA replication by preventing the incorporation of MCM complex into prereplication complex (pre-RC). It is degraded during the mitotic phase of the cell cycle. Its destruction at the metaphase-anaphase transition permits replication in the succeeding cell cycle. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100, Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
