Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects CFTR in RIPA lysates from CFTR-transfected BHK cells. Reported to detect CFTR from a human T84 colon carcinoma epithelial cell lysate. CFTR-transfected BHK cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with C9040-01 (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system., Note: Do not boil the lysate. Instead incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes., Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitates CFTR from a T84 cell lysate. , Immunocytochemistry: Reported to immunostain CFTR in T84 cells. , Note: CFTR runs as a diffuse protein on SDS-PAGE. , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
