Anti-CD88 (C5a Anaphylatoxin Chemotactic Receptor, C5a-R, C5aR, C5AR1, C5AR, C5R1)

C5a Anaphylatoxin Receptor mediates the effects of one of the most potent chemotactic agents known, in a wide variety of inflammatory cell types. C5a receptor 1 has been implicated in asthma. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry: Frozen, Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
