Product information "Naveni Bright BOND RX HRP"
Fully automtatedin situ kit for the detection of protein interactions, protein expression and post translation maodifications. The NaveniBright(TM) BOND RX HRP is a flexible method for in situ proximity ligation assay, using one mouse and one rabbit antibody, on FFPE tissue or cell sections. It is seamlessly integrated for chromogenic readout on the Leica BOND RX platform. The stained slides can be imaged with any brightfield microscope. The NaveniBright BOND kit contains reagents to stain 30 slides, at a maximum of 4 runs.
