Human CD66b+ Cell Isolation Kit (positive selection)
Product information "Human CD66b+ Cell Isolation Kit (positive selection)"
Description: TargetMol's Human CD66b+ Cell Sorting Kit (Positive Selection) provides superparamagnetic microbeads covalently coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for human CD66b antigen cells. CD66b is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein with a molecular weight of approximately 95-100 kDa, which is expressed predominantly in the cell membranes of neutrophils and eosinophils but not on basophils and lymphocytes. CD66b is involved in cell adhesion, cell migration and pathogen recognition. The principle of Human CD66b+ Cell Sorting Kit (Positive Selection) is to use CD66b Capture Antibody to label CD66b+ cells, then capture the target cells by Releasable Beads, and then dissociate the magnetic beads from the surface of the cells by using Beads Release Buffer, so as to obtain the human CD66b+ cells without magnetic beads labelling. CD66b+ cells. This rapid and gentle isolation method eliminates the need for a column and helps ensure the purity, recovery and viability of the isolated CD66b+ cells. The resulting CD66b+ cells can be used in downstream molecular and cell biology experiments.
