GMP Cell Isolation Kit AF-1 consists of 1x N0003554 & 1x N0003553. Derived from C. histolyticum using a production process completely free of any animal-based components. Thus, any risk of transmission of potential animal-derived pathogens is excluded. Highly purified collagenase, and Neutral Protease both AF GMP Grade, is suitable for the dissociation of sensitive cells from several tissues or organs such as pancreas, liver or tumors. It has been shown to be highly effective for the isolation of islets of Langerhans from human pancreas intended for transplantation, stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from adipose tissue and tumor cells.
