Human T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also known as V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 9 (VSIG9), and V-set and transmembrane domaincontaining protein 3 (VSTM3), GenBank Accession No. NM_173799, a.a. 22-141 fused to Fc region of human IgG1 and enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag(TM) technology, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 41.6 kDa (monomer). This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
