Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-263 from human Siglec15, fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of human IgG1 and with a C-terminal Avi-Tag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~55kD, Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
