SGT encodes a protein which is capable of interacting with the major nonstructural protein of parvovirus H-1 and 70-kD heat shock cognate protein, however, its function is not known. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to SGTA, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~36kD, Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
