Protein Length: Met1-Thr105. Protein Tag: N terminal containing a HIS tag. The S100 family of proteins contain two EF-hand calciumbinding motifs and are thought to be involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes including cell cycle progression and differentiation. This protein may function in motility, invasion and tubulin polymerisation. RANDOX recombinant S100A11 comprises a 105 amino acid fragment (1-105) corresponding to the mature S100A11 protein and is expressed in E. coli with an aminoterminal hexahistidine tag. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
