Description: TNFRSF11A, also known as receptor activator of NF-kappaB (RANK), activates several signaling pathways, such as NF-kappaB, JNK, ERK, p38alpha, and Akt/PKB. RANK/TNFRSF11A is a novel and frequent target for de novo methylation in gliomas, which affects apoptotic activity and focus formation thereby contributing to the molecular pathogenesis of gliomas. RANK/TNFRSF11A Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (hFc) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-hFc tag. The predicted molecular weight is 47.0 kDa and the accession number is O35305.
