Among preferred fatty acyl donors are phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylethanolamines, phosphatidylglycerols and phosphatidylserines. Favors sn-2 over sn-1 deacylation of unsaturated fatty acyl groups of phosphatidylcholines and phosphatidylethanolamines.
