This enzyme is an effector of phosphinothricin tripeptide (PTT or bialaphos) resistance. Phosphinothricin N-acetyltransferase Protein, Streptomyces hygroscopicus, Recombinant (His) is expressed in E. coli expression system with N-6xHis tag.
