OTUD6B Active Human Recombinant Protein

Human deubiquitinating enzyme ovarian tumor domain- containing 6B, or OTUD6B (GenBank Accession No. NM_016023), a.a. 2-323 (end) with N-terminal His-Flag tag, MW=39 kDa, expressed in E. coli cells. Assay conditions: Reaction was performed in 50mM Tris pH 7.4, 1mM DTT. 0.5mM EDTA, and 500nM Ub-AMC. Reaction was incubated at 37C for 15min and fluorescent signal was measured at excitation of 340 nm, and emission at 460 nm.
