Recombinant Mouse STEAP1 protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Leu43-Leu339 is expressed with a Flag tag at N-terminus and a 6His tag at C terminus respectively.VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. Protein function: Metalloreductase that has the ability to reduce both Fe(3+) to Fe(2+) and Cu(2+) to Cu(1+). Uses NAD(+) as acceptor. [The UniProt Consortium]
