Product information "Mouse Serpin D1, recombinant (C-6His)"

Recombinant Mouse Serine Protease Inhibitor-clade D1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu24-Ser478 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Thrombin inhibitor activated by the glycosaminoglycans, heparin or dermatan sulfate. In the presence of the latter, HC-II becomes the predominant thrombin inhibitor in place of antithrombin III (AT). Also inhibits chymotrypsin, but in a glycosaminoglycan- independent manner.
