Recombinant Mouse Sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2B is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Phe697 is expressed with a Flag tag at the C-terminus. Fluorescent VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein fused with EGFP and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. a Protein function: May be involved in actively transporting phosphate into cells via Na(+) cotransport. It may be the main phosphate transport protein in the intestinal brush border membrane. May have a role in the synthesis of surfactant in lungs' alveoli. [The UniProt Consortium]
