Recombinant Mouse Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor Subfamily B Member 4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gly24-Lys238 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for class I MHC antigens. Involved in the down- regulation of the immune response and the development of tolerance. Interferes with TNFRSF5-signaling and NF-kappa-B up-regulation. Inhibits receptor-mediated phosphorylation of cellular proteins and mobilization of intracellular calcium ions.
