Recombinant Mouse Interleukin-17 Receptor E is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala115-His414 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Specific functional receptor for IL17C, signaling through the NF-kappa-B and MAPK pathways. Requires TRAF3IP2 /ACT1 for signaling. Crucial regulator in innate immunity to bacterial pathogens, such as Citrobacter rodentium. Isoform 4 and isoform 5 may be either cytoplasmic inactive or dominant active forms.
