Recombinant Mouse Ectonucleoside Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Thr38-Ile478 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: In the nervous system, could hydrolyze ATP and other nucleotides to regulate purinergic neurotransmission. Could also be implicated in the prevention of platelet aggregation by hydrolyzing platelet-activating ADP to AMP. Hydrolyzes ATP and ADP equally well. [The UniProt Consortium]
