Recombinant Mouse ADP-ribosyl Cyclase/cyclic ADP-ribose Hydrolase 2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala25-Glu285 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Synthesizes the second messengers cyclic ADP-ribose and nicotinate-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, the former a second messenger that elicits calcium release from intracellular stores. May be involved in pre-B-cell growth. [The UniProt Consortium]
