Recombinant Monkeypox virus A30 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the N-Terminus.It contains Gln22-Leu146. Monkeypox virus (MPXV) is double-stranded DNA virus belonging to the genus orthopoxvirus that causes a smallpox-like disease in humans. A30L is an envelope protein required for the fusion of virus and host cell to form syncytia, and is also considered to be an important target in MPXV research.
