Cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) CD46C, also known as membrane co-factor protein, a.a. 35 -285 and 301 -328 with C-terminal His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 35.1 kDa (precursor), 32.8 kDa (mature). Note: this protein is expressed with a 34 amino acid signal sequence that is cleaved after secretion and is heavily glycosylated, resulting in a protein that runs at a higher apparent MW.
