Recombinant Human Lymphotactin is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val22-Gly114 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Chemotactic activity for lymphocytes but not for monocytes or neutrophils. In thymus, mediates medullary accumulation of thymic dendritic cells and contributes to regulatoy T cell development, playing a role in self-tolerance establishment. [The UniProt Consortium]
