Recombinant Human Vaccinia Virus VH1-related Phosphatase is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ser2-Pro185 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. Protein function: Shows activity both for tyrosine-protein phosphate and serine-protein phosphate, but displays a strong preference toward phosphotyrosines. Specifically dephosphorylates and inactivates ERK1 and ERK2. [The UniProt Consortium]
