Recombinant Human Thrombospondin-1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asn19-Pro1170 is expressed with a 10His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Adhesive glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to- matrix interactions. Binds heparin. May play a role in dentinogenesis and/or maintenance of dentin and dental pulp. Ligand for CD36 mediating antiangiogenic properties.
